M-m-m-MUSCLE RUB is a soothing yet powerful blend of oils used to relieve and relax sore aching muscles. Used for Arthritis, Gout , or stiff, sore muscles. While PAIN GO is specific to torn muscle injuries and healing, MUSCLE RUB concentrates on relaxing and soothing tired or fatigued muscles. Do not use on broken skin. Avoid contact with eyes or mucus membranes. M-m-m-Muscle Rub is a deep penetrating oil. It is very effective when used properly.

Directions: Rub on affected area as often as needed until pain subsides.


Warning: this is a very strong blend. Use sparingly until you know how much you can take on your skin at one time. Do Not wash off with water. This will only imbed the intensity further into the skin. Instead, if too much is put on, rub a carrier oil such as Olive Oil, Almond Oil or just plain cooking oil on and wipe off with paper towel several times to help dilute the intensity. Do Not get in eyes or around mucas membranes. Do a small patch test to see if there are any allergies to these oils. Keep out of reach of children.

Recommended Uses

Use for sore muscles, achy tired muscles, sprained ankles, strained knees, and after a hard workout. Can also be used to treat and relieve neck and shoulder aches. Can be rubbed on anywhere that is bruised or sprained and it will relieve the pain. We have had customers say it worked on their tendons in the back of their legs.

I don't know why it rates a 4---it is a 5, but I don't want to sound like "Pollyanna!"
It really did help when I was suffering with a stiff neck. I do a lot of sewing and tedious work. I rely on muscle rub a lot. I wish you'd make it in a gallon size!
