If I put Ezee Sleep on my forehead, temples, and around my ears just as I drop into bed, I don't need Volarion, Calm, or tinctures containing alcohol to go to sleep. I am promptly off to sleepyland.

I have noticed that I will immediately begin to relax after putting on Ez-Sleep.
